Todd Howard (born 1970) is an American video game designer, director, and producer. He serves as director and executive producer at >Bethesda Game Studios, where he has led the development of the Fallout and The Elder Scrolls series and served as game director for the 2023 game Starfield. In 2024, Howard was an executive producer for the video game Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
